MasterSeal MTR is high performance, asphalt emulsion sealcoat formulated with high quality asphalts (modified with terminal-blended, whole scrap-tire rubber), select mineral fillers and aggregates. MTR is environmentally friendly and safe, contains no solvents, cutbacks or coal tars. MTR dries to form a dark-black, durable and slip resistant coating that gives a like-new appearance and years of protection to asphalt pavements where performance, value and environmental concerns are critical.
